You are misquoting a verse here , its different verse .. any ways the verse is reveled in a specific context , please try to read atleast 1-2 verse before and after any specific verse , Quran is pretty clear that you cannot pick a certain verse and build your world view around it; so even if a Muslim does it its wrong as per the text
