while reading, remind a verse in Quran

59:19 O believers! Be mindful of Allah and let every soul look to what ˹deeds˺ it has sent forth for tomorrow.1 And fear Allah, ˹for˺ certainly Allah is All-Aware of what you do.

And do not be like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves. It is they who are ˹truly˺ rebellious.

For Human to be Human , it necessary have relationship with the higher self established else we will not be able to realize our true self , our abilities and potential; but rather will become worse than animals
