thanks for reading , yes that is what I tried to explain here for e.g in Muslim tradition if you mentioned Spirit it always means Angels ( same in Bible Gabriel is mentioned few times , Gabriel is one the most important Angle that deliver God message to Prophet, The angel named Gabriel is mentioned specifically in Daniel 8:15 and Daniel 9:20 when he interpreted Daniels visions; and then in Luke 1:18–22 when he announced the birth of John the Baptist to Zechariah; and then again in Luke 1:26–38 when he spoke to Mary about being chosen to give birth to the Messiah. In each of these cases Gabriel was sent as a messenger to give a message from God to a particular individual.

)

So above verse you mentioned Jesus would be referring that he was send with that Spirit (Angel)

In my humble opinion if one read the Bible considering Jesus is a prophet , it will also make sense , logically speaking if salvation is dependent on Jesus than why Prophets were sent before Jesus and how their salvation would happen ( and all the people born before Jesus), similarly why Mohammad was send

highly encourage to look at this link , which is mentioned in the source; it mentioned verses from bible which contradicts trinity ( i guess hard part will be to reconcile all the verses to a model of trinity)
