sorry unfortunately this is wrong belief , Muslims are also Abrham seed because Muhammad is born into lineage of his other son Ishmael and promise of blessing of God is holding on to his commandments and teaching and blessing is not for secular nation , Wrote a piece on it recently if you are looking for more arguments against this
