According to one study, the U.S. performed at least 81 overt and covert known interventions in foreign elections during the period 1946–2000.[6]

432,093 civilians have died violent deaths as a direct result of the U.S. post-9/11 wars.

An estimated 3.6-3.8 million people have died indirectly in post-9/11 war zones, bringing the total death toll to at least 4.5-4.7 million and counting.

More than 7.6 million children under five in post-9/11 war zones are suffering from acute malnutrition

War deaths from malnutrition and a damaged health system and environment likely far outnumber deaths from combat.

The U.S. has engaged in nearly 400 military interventions between 1776 and 2023, with half of these operations occurring since 1950 and over 25% occurring in the post-Cold War period.

It looks like you are very high on nationalism - that is fine - its not middle east US has involved in more than 80 coups operation and 400 military around the world (links above) - so it not Arab spring - they are in habit of starting war to run their economy and sell weapons ; its okay to accept it ; dont think denying will help any ways and many American who acknowledge the fact - but they cannot do much other than paying tax and let it continue

You can you share some stats how many these extremist group - every one should be afraid of killed - in between I am not denying they are wrong and using the text to justify themselves - Muslim countries should do enough to stop these ; but than again few Muslim countries use these groups to get their work done ( as proxy) - also these acts are done purely on nationalistic, geopolitics, capitalistic grounds and not because of following some text...
