not sure you have read story of how Adam/Eve were created/fashioned and than added a soul and sent to this world

Our bodies are from this earth but soul wants to ascent back to immaterial ; there is a constant struggle between the forces ( for a certain age/time)

And this is what The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the unbeliever.”
