Not sure you have read quran or meet a Muslims, but they consider Jesus as Prophet of God , continuation of Prophets from Adam, Noah, Moses, David, .. and similarly Quran mentioned that earlier book were reveled and final is Quran, so if there is similarity in belief and text and stories its not contradiction or copying , they are from same God
